International Shipping Terms

 

We offer worldwide delivery with restriction for some countries. The countries currently served are listed in here. If you are unsure whether your country can be delivered to please contact us before placing an order. All products are shipped direct from Japan.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Your order will be shipped to you via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is a speedy delivery service that delivers to more than 120 countries. With an effective tracking system and insurance program, EMS offers a secure delivery worldwide.

Upon arrival in your country, items will then typically being delivered by the national postal services of your country, or some other local carrier depending on your area and contract agreements worked out.

 

Shipping charges
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping rates vary based on weight of the order and can be seen in the Website at the time we accept your order.

 

Delivery time frame
On average, orders will be delivered usually within 8 to 14 business days. However, on occasion orders may delivered as late as >25 business days depending if there are any customs issues or delays within the postal facilities.

 

Tracking order

The tracking code will be provided to you by email once the shipment is processed.  You can track your parcel with the tracking code on http://www.post.japanpost.jp/index_en.html.

 

Import taxes/Customs duties
You are always responsible to pay the customs, import duties, and other fees. Our pricing does not include any charges/taxes at the time of shipment and these have NOT been pre-paid.

You may have to pay customs duty, excise duty, and or import tax levied by the Customs Authority in your country. Once the charges have been paid your parcel will be delivered.

Inochi OneLife Care Japan will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

 

Insurance (Damage Compensation)
EMS administers damage compensation program for actual loss and damage.
EMS automatically includes insurance up to JPY 20,000. If package is worth more than JPY 20,000, premium of JPY 50 will be added per JPY 20,000. A maximum of JPY 2 million is paid for actual loss.

Premium for this insurance is paid by Inochi OneLife Care Japan.

However in case of damage, package may not be fully compensated. Only the consignee is able to take the procedure for damage compensation. Please contact us if you need information in this matter.  You can email us Customercare@inochicare.com.

 

Import restrictions
Shipping supplements is regulated. Please note that your country sometimes prohibits the importation of more than a 90 days’ supply of some supplements in a single order. Although to the best of our knowledge, our products are not restricted for importing to most of the countries, we cannot guarantee. It is your responsibility to make sure that the items you are ordering comply with the import regulations of your country.
Please note that we do try to adhere to import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into your country, it is up to you to double check the import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping feedback
Your feedback is very helpful for us. If you find a product that needs to be restricted to ship to your country, please contact us with the product name and a link to the relevant regulatory agency policy from your local authority’s website. We’ll inspect the issue immediately and update our restrictions accordingly. In addition, we love to know how long it took for your delivery. Please email us Information@inochicare.com.

 

Missing delivery

Inochi OneLife Care Japan cannot be held responsible for any claims of missing delivery.  If your parcel is missing please contact us, and we will do our best to help you. You can email us Customercare@inochicare.com. In situation when the tracking record indicates that the parcel has been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with the local postal service directly.

Inochi OneLife Care Japan and our Website cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly.

As Inochi OneLife Care Japan is a Japan based business, our invoice which accompanied the parcel occurs in JPY. Please note that the pricing on the invoice may differ from the pricing indicated on our Website in GBP at the time of purchase.
